Some important treaties and agreements have been displayed. Sixteen feet long treaty of Burahanpur (1804) signed between Maharaja Scindia and the British, Agreement between Nawab Shah Jahan Begum and Government of India regarding Railways (1890), Treaty of Raisen (1918) between the Nawab, Bhopal and the British, Agreement between Nawab of Bhopal and Government of India (1949) etc.
Documents from the records of Princely States of Gwalior, Indore & Bhopal have also been exhibited. Dost Muhammad Khan awarded the title of Diler-i-Jang by Farrukh Siyar (1130 Hijri), Nawab Shah Jahan Begum awarded the title of Star of India (1872), letters regarding Viceroy's State Entry into Delhi (1912), Royal Proclamation of King George V of England (1919), Kharita of Lord Auckland, Lord Canning and Lord Dalhousie to Maharaja Holkar, Nawab Hamiduliah's letter to the Viceroy Lord Irwin (1926), his recognition as the Ruler of Bhopal (1926), regarding Devi Ahilyabai Holkar's anniversary (August 1927, 1933), Prithviraj Kapoor's letter regarding his plays (1949) are the subjects of some of their documents.

C. Rajgopalachari assumes charge as Governor General of India (1948), Maharaja Jiwaji Rao Scindia takes over as Raj Pramukh of Madhya Bharat (1948), First Cabinet of Madhya Bharat State (1948) letters regarding successful police operations in Hyderabad (1948, 1949), Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru's letter (1952) President Rajendra Prasad's letter (1956) etc.
